Playing
When does the daily round change?
Every day at 00:00 UTC, the same moment for everyone. Your first round of the day is your official score and counts toward your streak. You can keep playing after that for practice.
How do streaks and freezes work?
Play the daily round on consecutive days to grow your streak. Miss a day and it starts over, unless you have a streak freeze: each one covers one missed day. You can get freezes in the shop.
What does Re-steam keep?
Re-steam sends you back to stage 1 and resets coins, tap power, and squad levels. You keep your Squishus, cosmetics, crumbs, and stickers, and you earn Steam Stars that make damage and coins stronger for good.
The boss got away. What now?
Keep farming the stage to get stronger, then tap Retry in the top bar to fight the boss again.
Purchases
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the shop and tap Restore Purchases. This brings back Squishu+ and the cosmetic packs on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Crumbs, streak freezes, and the starter pack are used up when you spend them, so they can't be restored.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your progress
Will my progress move to a new iPhone?
Your progress is saved on your device, not on an account. Setting up a new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one brings it along. Deleting the app deletes your progress.
Reminders, widgets, and Apple Watch
How do I turn reminders off?
Go to Settings › Notifications › Squishu and turn off Allow Notifications. Reminders come at most once a day, and less often if you don't open them.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Squishu.
My Apple Watch round didn't count.
Rounds from your watch reach your iPhone when the two are connected. Open Squishu on your iPhone with your watch nearby and it will catch up. If you'd already played that day's round on either device, the watch round counts as practice.
Leaderboards don't show up.
Sign in to Game Center in Settings › Game Center, then open Squishu again.
